Appointure

Appointure is an appointment booking plugin for WordPress. Visitors choose a service, a date and a time in a three-step widget, see the times in their own timezone and get a confirmation with an Add to calendar link. The widget works as a shortcode or a block. Each service has its own length, buffers before and after, minimum notice and booking window, and each staff member keeps their own hours. Payment goes through Stripe as the full price, a fixed deposit or a percentage. An unpaid booking is cancelled on its own, so it does not hold the slot. Reminders go out by email, and by SMS or WhatsApp through your own Twilio account. Bookings sync both ways with Google Calendar and can carry a Zoom or Google Meet link. The licence is $79 a year for one site, with a 14-day money-back guarantee.
