Kalyvox

Kalyvox helps small businesses capture and handle inbound calls without keeping someone at the phone. Its AI receptionist answers according to your business rules, identifies the caller’s intent and urgency, collects useful details, and creates a structured call ticket. It can answer recurring questions, book appointments using your calendar’s availability, transfer calls when needed, and send alerts by email or SMS. Call information is available in a dashboard and can be sent to other tools through Zapier.
