Kracey

Kracey is an AI HYROX coach that pushes back. It writes your plan, reads every session you do, and changes it when your body or your week does. It is built on your data, not a template. You connect two things: Telegram, where the coach talks to you, and intervals.icu, which syncs your training from Garmin, COROS, Polar, Suunto, WHOOP, Oura, Strava and Wahoo. There is no dashboard to check. Your coach opens the conversation, asks a few questions and builds your plan around your race, with a macro plan from base through peak and weekly sessions for HYROX stations, the roxzone and compromised running. It reads the splits, not the average, and gives a straight read on every session. You can text it things like "I only have 45 minutes today", "Move Thursday to Friday" or "No sled at my gym, what instead?" and it adjusts the week. It remembers the whole athlete, including injuries, your gym and your race. 14 free days, no card, then 249 USD per year. Hosted in the EU.
